Data Collection
We collect crash reports and event data through Sentry and PostHog to improve app stability and understand usage patterns. Both are enabled by default but can be disabled in Settings.
Collected data includes:
- Stack traces and error messages
- App version and macOS version
- Device type (Mac Studio, MacBook, etc.)
- Feature usage events (e.g.,
RAM disk created,Settings opened)
We explicitly exclude:
- File paths and folder names
- User file contents
- Personal identifying information
Your Choices
You can disable crash reporting and analytics in Settings at any time.

License & Support Data
When you purchase a license through Gumroad, we store the email address you provide at checkout. We also store this email in Crisp, our support chat tool, when you contact us for help. We use this email as your account identifier and as a way to reach you for support.
You can request removal of your email from these systems at any time by contacting support@less-software.site.
